The average home sale price was $601,793 and the median was $545K. The homes were on the market an average of just 64 days. 2 homes were short sales and the rest were standard sales. There are now 152 active single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. 6 listings are bank owned properties and 18 are short sales. 16 homes are under contract.
