Interesting news in the foreclosure market. Bank of America has just stated that they are halting foreclosures in all 50 states. Other major lenders have also stopped foreclosures in 23 states. Individuals affected by this are those who’s home is in foreclosure, those who are selling or those who are buying a foreclosure.

The California Association of Realtors put out a very interesting article this week about mortgage updates and other up to date information on real estate in the state. The article discusses some of the current real estate trends and issues with purchasing homes in today’s market.
