We wanted you to be among the first to learn that East West Partners has just announced the release of its Mountainside Residences at Northstar Resort – offering a level of ski connectivity never experienced in California.

Northstar Mountainside Residences includes Home Run – 16 luxury townhomes perched between two ski runs and in close proximity to multiple lifts and the new Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. Home Run is now under construction.

Of particular interest is a small, private enclave we call The Glades – 25 estate homesites, behind a private gate with custom skiways connecting your family’s front door directly to the slopes.
